Modules
Selling rooms and running the property in one system, so the front desk, housekeeping and the accounts all work from the same figures.
Hosted, custom-domain and embeddable booking pages with live availability, promo and corporate codes, extras and tokenized payments.
Versioned rate and inventory calendars, minimum stays, stop-sell and lead-time rules, allotments and blocks that release themselves.
Arrivals, departures and in-house at a glance, a tape chart, room assignment, check-in and check-out, and a full folio with refunds.
Live room-status board, tasks generated from departures and stayovers, supervisor inspections, and tickets that take a room off sale.
Numbered invoices with the tax broken out, frozen the moment they are issued. Mistakes are corrected by a credit note, never by editing the original.
Close the day and its figures stop moving. Takings split by payment method and by who took them, for reconciling before the close.
A WhatsApp-first inbox with approved templates and a nine-step journey that runs from booking confirmation to review request.
Connects to your channel manager in both directions: OTA bookings arrive in the calendar, and rates and availability go back out automatically.
Demand forecasts, rate recommendations inside your guardrails, an approval queue, and reports you can ask for in plain language.
A day in the hotel
The same system, used differently by each person on it. Nobody is given a screen they do not need.
Morning
Arrivals, departures and in-house in five numbers. Give a guest a room, check them in, and the booking is live everywhere at once. Anyone who never turned up is flagged in red until somebody decides.
Through the day
The day's cleaning list builds itself from who left and who is staying over. Start, Complete, and the room is back on sale. A supervisor inspects; a broken shower raises a ticket that takes the room off sale.
Night
Count the drawer against the cashier report, then close the day. Its figures stop moving for good, and nothing can be posted into it afterwards. It also runs by itself at 03:30 if nobody gets to it.
Your own booking page
Live availability and your real rates, in English and Spanish, on your own domain or embedded in the site you already have. Extras, promo codes and deposits follow the policies you set.
Rates and availability
Prices and remaining rooms side by side, with minimum stays, stop-sells and closed-to-arrival rules. Change a rate here and every channel you are connected to hears about it.
The front desk
Arrivals, departures, who is in-house and which rooms are dirty. Open a booking and everything about that guest is on one page — rooms, folio, payments, messages and their invoice.
Guest messaging
A WhatsApp-first inbox with approved templates, and an automatic journey from booking confirmation through to the review request after checkout.
No commission on your own bookings
A guest who books on your page costs you nothing per booking. The OTAs stay for reach, not for every reservation.
The numbers agree with each other
The folio, the invoice and the reports come from the same place. A figure you reported last night says the same thing next year.
Nothing is deleted
Corrections are added, never substituted. Voids, refunds and credit notes all leave the original visible, which is what an audit needs.
Everyone sees only their own job
A housekeeper does not get the takings. A read-only auditor cannot change a thing. Every action is written down with a name against it.
Getting started
A guided nine-step wizard walks you through it, and most properties finish in an afternoon.
It is a hotel booking engine and property management system in one. You sell rooms directly from your own booking page, and run the day from the same system: rates and availability, front desk, housekeeping, guest messaging, reviews and reporting.
Yes for both: the booking engine sells your rooms and the PMS side covers reservations, room assignment, check-in and check-out, folios, invoices and housekeeping. You keep your channel manager for OTA distribution, and Travelego AI Hotel OS syncs with it in both directions — OTA bookings arrive in the calendar, and rates and availability go back out automatically.
Card payments are taken with a tokenized payment provider, so card numbers never touch the hotel system. You can also take no deposit at all and collect payment at the desk, which is controlled by your cancellation and deposit policies.
It forecasts demand and suggests room rates inside limits you set, and you approve the changes unless you switch on guardrailed autopilot. It also answers reporting questions in plain language and drafts review replies for a human to approve. Every AI action is permission-checked and written to the audit log.
Yes. It runs in the browser with no installation, and the housekeeping board, front desk and inbox are built to work on a tablet or phone as well as a desktop.
A guided nine-step wizard takes you from an empty account to a published booking page, which most properties finish in an afternoon. No card is required to create an account, and plans are shown when you do.
Create your account, build your booking page in an afternoon, and run the rest of the hotel from the same screen.
